Check shape, sizing evidence and pair consistency before you keep shoes.

Start with the ordered identity rather than the silhouette. Match the colour, size, model option and quantity shown in the warehouse record to the exact source listing you opened. Then compare the left and right shoe together: toe shape, panel height, lace layout and outsole profile should tell one consistent story. A clean photograph of the wrong option is still the wrong order, so resolve identity before studying small cosmetic details.

Fit decisions need measurements, not only a printed size label. When the listing chart is unclear, request the specific insole length or another measurement that answers your own fit question. In the standard views, look for obvious asymmetry, uneven panel alignment, visible glue, crushed structure or damage caused before international packing. Lighting can shift colour, so compare several views and use a targeted photo if colour is the deciding factor.
