Every product button opens the matching source listing in the main catalogue. The site does not route products to unrelated agent platforms.
06How many Sugargoo QC photos are included?+
Sugargoo’s published QC guidance says five basic photos are normally provided after warehouse arrival. Request a targeted extra photo or measurement when the standard views cannot answer a specific question.
07How long is free warehouse storage?+
Sugargoo’s published storage guide distinguishes order types: 100 days for purchasing orders and 30 days for resell orders. Check the live order record for its own storage clock, extension terms and any later policy update.
08Is volumetric weight always used?+
No. The route determines how actual weight, volume, divisors and billing increments are applied. Enter finished packed dimensions and use the live route result.
09Can every warehouse item be returned?+
No. Eligibility depends on the order stage, seller conditions, product type and applicable return window. Return freight or other deductions may apply.
