Use garment shape, measurements and construction—not the logo alone.

Lay-flat warehouse photos are most useful when you read the whole garment first. Confirm the ordered colour, size and pullover or zip-up option, then inspect body width, sleeve length, shoulder line and hood shape. A graphic or badge can attract attention, but it does not answer whether the body proportions match the listing or whether the ordered variant arrived. Check identity and overall cut before zooming into decoration.

Construction evidence should follow the stress points. Look at the neckline, cuff joins, pocket corners, zip line where present, drawcord exits and visible seam paths. Ask for a targeted chest width or body-length measurement if the size chart is incomplete or the intended fit matters. Fleece thickness and fabric weight cannot be proved reliably from one image, so avoid turning a visual impression into a material claim the photos cannot support.

For parcel planning, hoodies can usually be folded more efficiently than rigid products, but prints, hardware and structured hoods may still need protection.
